Minor tweaks to item detail page

Hi all - just a few minor changes for the Premium Subscribers this month, both to the item detail page (when you're in the Pricing section and click down to get details for a specific item).

First, we updated the database to reflect the likelihood any comic may exist in a given grade for each certifiation service. Let's show you a screenshot for an example. See below, the pricing details a Premium Subscriber will see for Amazing Spider-Man 10. For certification service CBCS, grades MT- 9.9 and MT 10.0 are greyed out. This means comparable books (e.g. early Silver Age Amazing Spider-Man) have been CBCS certified up to NM/MT 9.8, but there are no known copies higher than this grade, and although we compute a theoretical value, such book may not exist.

Next, we realized for each actual sale we report, there is really no need to pop up a separate window to show you the origin of that sale and when we captured it, when we can simply show this information with a hover tooltip. So just hover over each sale you are interested in with the mouse and you'll see a tooltip something like what you see in the second screenshot below. One more thing before I let you go this month, Mario reports Version 2 of the Comic Book grading labels are nearly ready to go, and he has addressed all suggestions posted to the Nosto forums. He's a good guy and cares about fellow collectors, I'm sure this will be a great product - keep an eye on his site for details.
