nostromania posted values vs. newkadia.com. Who is more accurate?

When I look up the value and condition of a title and compare the same listing between the 2 sites, most of the time, Nostromania seems to be lower in value by up to 50% or more. Who should I believe? Seems like newkadia is behind the times, even though they use Overstreet yardstick to measure.
