help identifying 1994 carnage free marvel comic

I'm trying to identify this comic (see pictures.) It seems to be a promotional comic book, 16 pages, for the maximum carnage SNES game. Having trouble finding this item anywhere online, would like to know if it has value. Comic is probably VF+ grade. Thanks.
