Is anybody out there watching the store??? Despite Paypal paying for my premium account I could not access it. One email to Nostomania bounced back on me and the other disappeared into cyberspace. I don't know if anyone read it.
To make a long story short, I spent 15 minutes on the phone with Paypal and they informed me that my monthly payments of $2.99 were all going through (as evidenced by my credit card charges). Paypal informed me that they did everything on their end and it was up to Nostomania to give me access to my account.
I wasn't going to keep throwing $2.99 down the drain every month for a service I could not access, so I had Paypal end recurring payments. Naturally, this resulted in the canceling of my premium account.
The ball is in your court, Nostomania! Do you want me back??? Do you care one way or the other???
Hey Mike - did you use the Contact Us form on the site? If so, we should have that email, it should not bounce.
I will contact you off the forums and get this sorted out.
