Bonnie Sable joins Albanese Rare Coins

Well, June is almost here and we are getting ready for the Baltimore show next week. We also have some GREAT news to share: Bonnie Sable, who we’ve known for ten years now and who we’ve done a lot of business with, will be joining our team on the retail end. She will be bringing a great eye and pleasant voice to share with Albanese Rare Coins. There is no one in the industry better capable of filling the position we have in store for her! It has always been a dream of ours. Throughout the years she and I have always said, almost jokingly, that it would be great if she could work for my father and me. Now it has turned into reality and we could not be happier then we are!

As for the market itself, good coins are selling but also are hard to find! Nice eye appealing gold pieces have been selling along with proof gold. We just sold a RARE 1885 Proof double eagle. Along with MS gold, we’ve done over $300,000 this past month in sales for gold alone. We hope to find good coins to replenish our inventory next week in Baltimore. We are looking very forward to this show as the buzz seems like it’s going to be a great one! We will be updating the market talk after the show next week with tons of new news.
