Top four books selected:

1- WOW COMICS #38
2- SPIRIT COMICS #22
3- WEIRD SCIENCE #18
4- ALL-AMERICAN COMICS #91

Truly a wide range of titles displayed.
Truly appreciated viewer site over at CBCS FORUM where members are selecting their favorite
comics from my PARK AVENUE COLLECTION site. Will be interesting to see what books are
selected. I am really honored to have this kind of interest in my collection from such an elite
and informed group of collectors.
STEVE BOROCK is leaving CBCS...what a lose.
Back from grading at CBCS:

BATMAN #45 4.0

SUPERMAN #36 4.0
BECKETT is hiring Graders.

What are "DIGITAL COLLECTIBLES" and how are they graded?
Good Morning Mario...

Thanks for the positive information and offer...will get back to you.

Marty
Hi Mario...

Hope you had an enjoyable THANKSGIVING!

Question: Is there any place on the label to print "From The PARK AVENUE COLLECTION"?

Marty
HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL!
It will be interesting to see what amount is bid for the ALL WINNERS #4 CGC Graded 3.5
in HERITAGE'S current weekly auction. My copy is CGC graded at 3.0 (0199552001).
This was the very first comic book I ever bought, back in 1942 off a newsstand in
Philadelphia.
Went to the Saratoga Comic Con on Sunday and was very surprised by the total lack
of Golden Age Comics. One dealer I spoke to had a ZAGO #1 graded at 8.0 by CGC
selling for $475.00. He said he wasn't sure how to price it as he was having a hard
time selling it...no interest for it. He wasn't sure about any of his prices, seemed
like the only interest at least at this show was in low priced current, modern titles.
Reviewing the current results of the latest ComicConnect auction it appears to me
that there were a lot of books that sold at a lower price like TOMB OF DRACULA #1
CBCS 5.5 for $210.00. Haven't had the time to go through all the auction prices
but they do look like some real bargains.
Plan on going to the SARATOGA COMIC CON on November 13th...haven't been
to a show in years.
Anyone notice any activity with MARVEL FAMILY #1 with the opening of the ADAM movie?
Speaking of Remaindered Comics, there is an interesting thread on the CGC
Golden Age Chat Board about "THE THRIFTY GROCER COLLECTION", a large
group of Remaindered and Coverless Comics.
Going through my box of remainder comics from the early 50's I can see
even in their condition they have grown in value. Ones like TALES FROM
THE CRYPT #20, MYSTERY IN SPACE #1, DANGER TRAIL #1 and CAPTAIN
SCIENCE #4. All of the EC's also seem to be of interest to collectors even
with a third of the cover missing.
